Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Forked River Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business checking, savings, and credit accounts
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase financial products such as credit cards, loans, and investment options
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security and safety standards

Required Qualifications
