  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
  • Identify client needs and refer appropriate opportunities for loans, investments, or wealth management services
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions, such as mobile apps and online platforms, to promote self-service options
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
  • Handle cash drawer reconciliation and report any discrepancies promptly
  • Support community engagement initiatives in Freeland, WA, to strengthen local relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase products and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
