Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Gastonia Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and troubleshooting basic issues using Chase digital platforms
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and secure online transactions
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
• Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior bankers or managers
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's brand standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash transactions accurately
• Proficiency in using computer systems and banking software
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
