Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centric culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate financial solutions, such as loans or investment services
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
  • Collaborate with branch team to ensure smooth operations and support sales goals
  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
  • Promote digital banking tools to enhance client self-service options
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or retail banking experience
