Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Gonzales Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase checking, savings, credit, and investment products
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to dual control procedures for security
• Assist with branch operations such as opening and closing, vault management, and ATM balancing
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like Chase Mobile app and online platforms

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
