Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Goshen Main Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, or loans
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while handling cash securely to minimize risks
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
