  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Grants Pass Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries using JP Morgan Chase systems
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, or mortgages
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Collaborate with branch team to support community events and financial education initiatives in Grants Pass
  • Handle client escalations professionally, resolving issues to uphold Chase's reputation for client care
  • Utilize digital tools to educate clients on mobile banking and online services
  • Contribute to a safe and secure branch environment by monitoring for suspicious activity

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and credit review
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
  • Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
