Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Greer Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase products and services, such as loans or investment options
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client satisfaction initiatives

Required Qualifications
