Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Hamburg Place Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to promote seamless online and mobile experiences
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client service
• Handle cash management and balancing of teller drawers to ensure financial accuracy
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and security best practices in the financial services landscape
• Support branch operations by preparing reports and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Participate in community outreach events to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's presence in Lexington, KY

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling with potential evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
