Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Harrison Ave Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to promote seamless online services
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver holistic financial solutions
• Handle cash management and balancing daily transactions to ensure operational integrity
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices in the financial services landscape
• Support community engagement initiatives in New Orleans to build lasting client relationships
• Document client interactions and follow up on service requests to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
