Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to build lasting relationships
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Educate clients on Chase banking products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for deeper financial solutions
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and Chase policies during client interactions
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management
• Promote digital banking tools to enhance client convenience and self-service options
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and Chase initiatives to deliver informed advice

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts that may include evenings and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of background check and any required regulatory exams
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications

• Prior experience in a banking or financial institution
