Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centered approach
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries or issues
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawer daily and reporting discrepancies promptly
  • Promote digital banking solutions to encourage seamless client experiences
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach in Tyler, TX to build local relationships
  • Support audit processes and ensure the security of client information

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
