Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Incline Village Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and utilizing JPMorgan Chase's suite of financial products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for investment and wealth management services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, managing teller equipment, and ensuring a secure environment
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like Chase Mobile app and online platforms to promote self-service options
• Contribute to branch goals by participating in sales initiatives and community outreach in Incline Village
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Successful completion of background check and credit review
