  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for mortgages, investments, and small business banking services
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse clientele in the Indianapolis community
  • Maintain compliance with federal regulations, anti-money laundering policies, and JPMorgan Chase security protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawer daily and resolving any discrepancies
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
  • Support branch operations by preparing reports, stocking supplies, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
  • Compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
  • Valid authorization to work in the United States
