Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Ironwood and State Road 23 Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and utilizing digital banking services
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as credit cards, savings accounts, or investment options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Handle cash management duties, including balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices to build trust and loyalty
• Support branch operations by organizing client areas and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Refer complex inquiries to senior bankers or specialists while providing initial guidance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
