Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Ithaca State St Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize mobile apps and online platforms
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
• Educate clients on financial wellness topics tailored to the Ithaca community
• Support branch events and community outreach initiatives to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
