Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Kettering Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, explaining JPMorgan Chase offerings
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for loans, investments, and credit products to branch specialists
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing daily reports, and ensuring a secure environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to senior bankers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service, financial services, or sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings
