Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the King and Granada Branch in St. Augustine, FL
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products and services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Assist with branch operations, such as cash handling and balancing teller drawers
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation
• Participate in community outreach events to promote financial literacy in St. Augustine
• Maintain a clean and professional branch environment while adhering to safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment

• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
