Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Lake Worth Main Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to promote seamless online and mobile experiences
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and referrals within the Lake Worth community
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
• Promote financial education and literacy, particularly for Spanish-speaking clients
• Ensure the branch environment is welcoming, secure, and reflective of JPMorgan Chase's brand standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling with potential evenings and weekends
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Must pass background check and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Valid work authorization in the United States
