Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Lake Worth Main Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base in Lake Worth, FL
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, ensuring security protocols are followed
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and support branch operations
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options to promote convenience
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers daily and reporting discrepancies promptly

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is mandatory
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed in a branch setting
