Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Layton Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
• Assist with branch operations including opening and closing procedures and cash balancing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for excellence
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks
