Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in a welcoming manner, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service in both English and Spanish
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and digital banking tools
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase financial specialists for more complex needs
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with branch team to support daily operations and achieve sales goals
  • Utilize Chase technology platforms to manage client accounts and transactions securely

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is mandatory
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts that may involve evenings and weekends
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of background check and any required regulatory exams
