Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Main and Douglas Branch in Mishawaka, IN
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment services
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash balancing, and vault management
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like the Chase Mobile app and online platforms to promote self-service options
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers as needed
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial products

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software
• Availability to work a part-time schedule of up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
