  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about products like checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment, lending, or wealth management services to specialized teams
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC and anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment in the Main and Monarch Branch
  • Handle cash and sensitive client information securely, balancing teller drawers daily
  • Promote digital banking tools to enhance client convenience and engagement
  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach in Aspen to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
