Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, lending, or investment services to specialists
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
• Support branch operations such as merchandising, event setup, and community engagement activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences during peak hours
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to enhance their self-service capabilities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
• Ability to work 30 hours per week in a part-time capacity
• Strong customer service orientation with experience in retail or hospitality
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements including background checks
