Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Olive Branch branch in St. Louis
  • Assist clients with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like Chase checking accounts or credit cards
  • Process loan payments and other financial services while ensuring accuracy and security
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and improve client satisfaction
  • Handle cash management and balancing teller drawers at the end of shifts
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
