Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like loans, investments, or digital banking tools
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies at the Marshall Branch
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and community engagement initiatives
• Handle cash and secure branch assets responsibly during 30-hour shifts
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and efficiency
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase offerings and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Satisfactory background check and credit history
