Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the May Ave and 37th Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business checking, savings, and credit accounts
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like credit cards, loans, and investment options
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while upholding JPMorgan Chase's brand standards
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to build long-term relationships
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in Oklahoma City to strengthen local ties

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling with potential evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
