Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the McAllen North Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
• Assist with teller operations, ensuring compliance with all federal and state banking regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
