Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the Midway Branch in Waco, TX
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products and services
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting for mobile and online platforms
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
• Handle cash management and balancing of teller drawers with precision

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
