  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Mission Ave Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase investment, lending, and advisory services
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver personalized financial solutions
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to uphold Chase's client-centric standards
  • Support digital banking initiatives by educating clients on mobile apps, online platforms, and secure transactions
  • Ensure the branch environment is safe, clean, and welcoming, adhering to operational procedures

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
