Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and other basic banking transactions
  • Provide personalized financial advice and promote JPMorgan Chase products such as checking, savings, and credit options
  • Process loan applications and support clients with digital banking tools
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal banking regulations
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
  • Collaborate with branch team to meet sales goals and community engagement initiatives
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
  • Support branch operations including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Participate in client outreach events to build relationships in the Baton Rouge community

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
