Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new 135th and Antioch Branch
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase financial products like checking accounts, credit cards, or mortgages
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
  • Collaborate with branch team to support branch goals and client satisfaction metrics
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
  • Handle routine customer escalations and resolve issues promptly
  • Contribute to the opening and setup of the new build branch by participating in training and operational readiness

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client hospitality
  • Must pass background check and comply with banking regulations
