Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centric culture
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase investment, lending, and wealth management products
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies at the new Belfair Village Branch
• Assist in branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Build and nurture client relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction in the Bluffton, SC community
• Support team efforts in achieving branch sales goals and performance metrics
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive banking experience
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's local presence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch needs
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Belfair Village Branch in Bluffton, SC
