Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Belfair Village branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase platforms
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment, lending, or credit products to partners
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Support branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience in a high-growth area
• Promote digital banking tools to enhance client self-service and satisfaction
• Handle customer escalations professionally while upholding JPMorgan Chase's brand standards
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in Bluffton, SC to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts in a new build branch setting
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services
• Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale terminals
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
