Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Beltline and 6th Branch in Decatur, AL
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures for a part-time 30-hour schedule
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support JPMorgan Chase's commitment to client care
• Collaborate with branch team to promote a welcoming environment in the new build location
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold service standards
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial products

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and some evenings
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass background check and comply with banking regulations

• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
