Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Beltline and 6th Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate Chase banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
• Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build local relationships in Decatur, AL
• Ensure the branch environment is welcoming and secure during the new build transition

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch needs
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Decatur, AL location
