Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the new Beltline and 6th Branch in Decatur, AL
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic banking inquiries
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JPMorgan Chase financial products and services
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
• Collaborate with branch team to support a seamless client experience in the new build environment
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features
• Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Contribute to branch goals by promoting a culture of inclusion and client-centric service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client hospitality
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
