Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience in the new Dallas Acworth and Cedarcrest branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking, savings, credit cards, and digital banking tools
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch specialists for investment, lending, or wealth management services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Promote a collaborative team environment while supporting the launch of the new build branch
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry trends
  • Contribute to branch goals by driving client acquisition and retention in the Dallas, GA market

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts in a part-time capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
