Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Foley Branch, embodying JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment, lending, and wealth management services to specialized teams
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to enhance their financial experience
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and support community initiatives in Foley, AL
• Handle cash management and reconcile daily transactions to ensure operational integrity
• Assist in branch setup and operations for the new build location, contributing to a seamless opening
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to foster long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts in a part-time capacity
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
