Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Foley Branch, embodying JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans to relationship bankers
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Assist in branch operations such as balancing cash drawers, ordering supplies, and supporting digital banking enrollment
• Build and nurture client relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and enhance the client experience in a new build environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in training on JPMorgan Chase systems and products to deliver informed service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts in a new branch setting
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Foley, AL location

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Prior experience in the financial services industry, such as banking or lending
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse clients in Alabama
