Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Highway 153 Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products like checking, savings, and credit solutions
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to enhance client self-service options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal JPMorgan Chase policies
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Handle cash management and balancing daily transactions accurately
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
• Contribute to the branch's opening activities in the new build location
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase offerings and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Hixson, TN location
