Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Johnson Drive Mission Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
• Open and maintain personal and business checking/savings accounts
• Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase products like credit cards, loans, and investment options
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized bankers for wealth management or mortgage services
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, anti-money laundering policies, and internal controls
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment in the new build facility
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting for mobile app users
• Collaborate with branch team to meet sales goals and client satisfaction metrics
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold Chase's client-first philosophy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts in a new build branch setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse community in Mission, KS
• Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms
