Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Johnson Drive Mission Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans from JPMorgan Chase
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
• Assist in branch opening activities for the new build location, including setup and client onboarding
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to build long-term relationships
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and promote JPMorgan Chase's financial solutions
• Perform account maintenance and verify client information using Chase banking systems
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like the Chase Mobile app to encourage self-service options
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's standards of integrity and client focus

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
