Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Lafayette Crossing Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving client inquiries efficiently
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and adoption
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client experiences
• Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer daily to ensure financial accuracy
• Support branch events and community initiatives to build local relationships in North Hampton, NH
• Escalate complex issues to senior bankers while providing initial troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch needs
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the North Hampton, NH location
