Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions, such as checking accounts, credit cards, or loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and troubleshooting for digital banking platforms
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to support new build initiatives at the Lemon Creek Branch, including setup and client onboarding
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and financial wellness resources offered by JPMorgan Chase
• Contribute to branch goals by participating in sales and service campaigns
• Ensure the branch environment reflects JPMorgan Chase's brand standards of professionalism and innovation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Satisfactory background check and credit history
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual skills in Spanish a plus for the Boerne community
