Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Lindale Branch
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
  • Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, and investment options to meet client needs
  • Identify opportunities for referrals to other JPMorgan Chase specialists for complex financial advice
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support branch operations during the new build phase, including setup and client onboarding events
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to encourage self-service and long-term engagement

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
