Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Lindale Branch
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and refer appropriate financial products like loans, investments, or credit cards
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving client inquiries or issues
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
  • Handle cash drawer reconciliation and ensure secure handling of sensitive client information
  • Promote digital banking tools to educate clients on convenient online and mobile services
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach in Lindale, TX to build local relationships
  • Support the branch manager in daily operations during the new build transition

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of background check and compliance training
