Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Mullica Hill branch
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and refer appropriate banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies to ensure secure operations
  • Assist in opening new accounts and educating clients on digital banking tools and mobile apps
  • Collaborate with branch team to support community events and promote Chase's financial wellness initiatives
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold client satisfaction
  • Perform branch opening and closing procedures, including cash balancing and vault management
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices in client care
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities to prevent fraud in line with Chase's risk management protocols

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately and securely
