Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with a focus on hospitality, providing personalized service at the new Naismith and W 23rd Branch in Lawrence, KS
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to enhance their financial experience
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing daily transactions
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
